OnTrekk makes your daily communication with your customers very easy.

WHY THIS APP?

Do not make your customers curious about their car. Let them track the car repair status electronically so that they will not keep calling you to ask if the repair is finished or not.

Do not have to call customers. We handle all the communication for you. When the repair is finished we make sure that your customers are informed through an SMS.

Do not have to get car licenses physically, OnTrekk will let you take a photo of the car license and store all the car information electronically. In the next versions, when you take a photo, OnTrekk will automatically read out the car information you need so that you will not have to type it in.

HOW

It is just as easy as using this app. When your customer comes to your repair shop, you create a repair by providing the car and the customer information in the app. Then we send an SMS to your customer including a tracking link. They can follow their repair status by opening this link.

If your customers are not willing to open this link it is not a problem. When the repair is finished we will send an additional SMS telling your customer that the car is ready to be picked up.

Additionally we give your customer a chance to write you a feedback. So that you know if your customers are satisfied about the quality of your service or not.
